1. Make Your Plan
The program begins with the creation of a one-page strategic plan, using our goal planning software, generated by everyone on the team. It's fun and easy while getting to the heart of real performance issues. Listen as Best Year
Yet Partner Patrick Combs talk about how our philosophy supports your team to make a powerful plan with full
team buy-in.
While together, everyone makes a personal Best Year Yet plan with our web-based setting goal worksheet and workshop. These planning exercises take place over a day-and-a-half in a retreat setting.
By the end of this time the team has a one-page plan of business planning goals for the next 12 months and each team member has a personal plan to guide success in the business as well as his or her personal life. At this point in the program the team is motivated, aligned and enthusiastic about what lies ahead.
If you could get all the people in an organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.
