"With the Best Year Yet Program you don't talk about 'Team Work', you don't design a 'Team Work Program'.. you DO Team Work while your team agrees on how your business will achieve its goals for the next year. "

The Moment of Change

Our logo is a representation of the heart of Best Year Yet. While it looks like a bow tie, it symbolizes something quite important -- the process of true transformation.

Although we rely on modern practices and principles, our power lies in the powerful process of moving from the pain of ineffectiveness and powerlessness (the red part of our logo) through a moment of transformation (the gold at the center) to a future that is guided by the spirit of people working together well (the green section opening to an expanded future).

Most traditional or ancient cultures have a hieroglyphic symbol like our logo to represent transformation or major change. In our culture it's often known as the transformation symbol.

The RED side of the symbol represents the situation in which too many organizations, teams and individuals exist. It is characterized by acting from the past and restricted by limiting behavior and beliefs.

The GOLD center is the representation of the moment in a Best Year Yet program when these old assumptions and beliefs are examined and a new paradigm is created.

From this moment of change or transformation, you're in the GREEN Zone. Now the parts of the Best Year Yet system work together to move a team and its members toward living into the future they have created together.

The Transformation Symbol

Why Does Best Year Yet Work?

The right side of the symbol represents the future a person or team starts living into, supported by their values and shaped by their new paradigm and goals. Once these have been created, they shape the future and focus energy in a new and authenic way.

Best Year Yet is the catalyst for this moment of change and creates an environment for ongoing positive change. A team now moves forward, aligned on what matters most to them and focused on the results they are achieving to manifest this new future.

Without this element of transformation Best Year Yet would be just a goal-setting exercise. It is this Moment of Change that makes the results achievable.
