About Jinny Ditzler
Jinny Ditzler, the creator of Best Year Yet has been teaching people to break out of their comfort zones to produce extraordinary results for more than 30 years. From her early years as a high school teacher, and later as an entrepreneur running two Montessori daycare/learning centers, to her years coaching corporate executives and their teams, Jinny's vision and passion have always been focused not just on achieving goals, but on transforming lives and businesses!
She is a founder of the personal and executive coaching profession in 1981 in LondonJinny's philosophy--the one that led her to develop this brilliantly simple Best Year Yet process--is summed up in this statement: "More than anything, Best Year Yet is about starting to believe in yourself again, and becoming much tougher in the face of life's biggest challenges. The approach helps you to use your common sense and intelligence in new ways to create a happier life for yourself."
And Jinny is a "product of the product" she's been touting for more than 25 years. She and husband Tim Ditzler have used the BYY principles to build both their company and their lives. They share a beautiful home in Aspen, Colorado. Jinny enjoys their two sons and their wives and and two beautiful granddaughters. When she has a spare minute she loves reading, hiking, knitting, cooking ...and all things Italian!
About Tim Ditzler
Tim Ditzler, Managing Partner and co-founder of Best Year Yet, LLC, is a man of diverse talents and interests. But one thing that never varies is his passion. As founder and Managing Director of an international database marketing business based in London, Tim's passion helped him create one of Europe's leading computer service bureaux serving clients that included such international media giants as Time Inc., Fortune, The Economist, Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times of London as well as numerous financial institutions.
After 16 years, Tim sold his interest in the business so he and Jinny could move to Aspen, Colorado to devote full-time to their passion: developing the Best Year Yet System into an international license business with partners in 20 US states and 13 foreign countries. Tim uses his background in computing to lead the development of a web tool called PRO (Producing Results Online ®) which has now been incorporated into a new product called Best Year Yet Online.
Tim also brings his passion and energy to non-profit and community endeavors. As a full-time resident of Aspen, Colorado, he is active in Rotary International. In 2004 and again in 2005 Tim served as "Head Duck," responsible for organizing his local Rotary Club's annual Ducky Derby, a fund-raising event that generates nearly $100,000 for local youth organizations.Among this "Renaissance man's" other interests are: reading, thinking, gardening and Buddhism. Oh, and did I mention that he sailed across the Atlantic Ocean in 1978 - from Boston to Gibraltar -- in a 22-foot sailboat with his college friend Tom and his cat "Able Seaman" after a total of one sailing lesson!
Tim one day plans to write a book about his amazing adventure. In the meantime, he continues to work with his wife Jinny as they continue their greatest adventure yet: developing Best Year Yet into a global company that is making a world of difference to individuals and organizations!
